I was stood up by another company in town and Hollywood was there quickly and presented them selfs very professional. Did I mention it was at 4am and couldn’t get anyone else before my flight time. I will definitely use this company in the future. Thanks agian Hollywood

Was honked at and followed by a female driver, she rolled her window next to me almost a mile down the road yelling vulgarities angrily. ALL With my child in the car! Then when I called to report it I was blown off and treated like my concerns were unwarranted! My child was scared and now thinks all taxi drivers are mean and scary!!! I’m sure this does not reflect every driver but at least three people who are employed by this company definitely need a new line of work that does entail any kind of customer service.

Driver just about smashed into me pulling across 3lanes of traffic out of a parking lot. I only missed her by slamming on the brakes. She continued to drive in the left lane at under 20 miles an hour (in a 45) talking on her phone and not looking around AT ALL. Cars were forced to suddenly swerve. She created a very dangerous situation, needlessly. When my passenger called her office the gentleman (ha) that answered was rude and said “well, YOU’RE talking on YOUR phone”... uh, she was a PASSENGER reporting your employee almost causing an accident! He obviously was unconcerned about the behavior of his driver. She was breaking the law and he didn’t even apologize. Please don’t use them so the rest of us can stay safe on the road!!
