The driver was very nice and pick up both directions was on time. However, the driver rode the gas petal the entire trip, on and off, lurching the entire trip and making everyone carsick. The GMC SUV was also not appropriately safe for a professional service. To old, not clean and none of the seatbelts in the second row work at all. The engine light was on. Won’t call again. The lurching ride without seatbelts- not okay for transporting my children.

Driver NEVER showed to take me to Melbourne airport on 10/8/20. Reserved online AND called to double check reservation. After multiple calls to dispatch,I was told driver wasn't answering his phone. After about 15 minutes called back yet again and was told the driver ran out of gas and sliced his tire.??????and yet driver never called company to report problem. When I asked what happens now, dispatch told me "we just don't have a lot of drivers"cancelled car and scrambled to find alternate ride.

Driver. Who would not move over for anyone flipped me off as I had to go around him.. He also had a toothpick hanging out of his mouth and on his phone while he was driving..What makes i worse is is when I called to tell the place what had happened the guy. On the phone just laughed at me... Really nice.. This was today feb 2-2020.
