Heart Roofing really does put their hearts into it. From day one Thomas and Christian exceeded my expectations. They provided impeccable customer service, prompt and professional, they are a breath of fresh air. I was kept informed every step of the way. Their crew was friendly and on their game and beyond. Professional. Easy to work with. Exceeded their timeline. Best price. Very neat and clean. We interviewed SEVERAL roofing companies when it came time to replace our roof this year. Just the process of interviewing was exhausting. When we talked to Christian at Heart Roofing, I immediately felt like I was being treated professionally and not being taken for a ride. He promptly came out and we had an estimate with in a day or 2. The estimate was very clear and easy to understand. He met with us to go through the estimate before we signed to hire them. He expressed wanting to be sure we fully understood the steps and answered all of my questions. The day of tear off went off like a hitch. They arrived on time, worked hard and cleaned up very well when they left. As planned the inspector came the following day and by the 3rd or 4th day (I can't remember) the team was back and the whole roof was completed that day. There is little to no evidence we ever had this work done. Other than the new roof of corse. I cannot express enough, how on point Heart Roofing was! No sales pitches, no run around, no miscommunication, and they nailed the time line like they nail the shingles! Great job Heart Roofing! Ohh.... and the price... that was the lowest bid we received.
