My insurance company was telling me I'd needed a new roof and Chris came out to do an inspection to verify at no cost. He confirmed I had about a year left, if that. He gave me a quote and answered all questions I had with great detail and quick response. Once the materials were in, his crew made quick work of redoing my roof. With an approaching storm, they were miraculously able to finish in two days. I was amazed. Even in such short time, they did excellent work even cleaning up after in some light rainfall. Chris and his crew were always respectful and helpful if I had any questions or concerns. I would easily recommend Kaiser Roofing for any of your needs.

Chris and his guys have now done an outstanding job for me on two different roofs. One of them being for my elderly parents. I have had absolutely no issues working with him. Him and his team do exactly what they say they will and in a timely manner. They did an outstanding job cleaning up at the end of each day. They will leave your yard and driveway cleaner than they found it. I will never fool around with calling another roofing company along as Chris Kaiser and his team are still in buisness. This is the second time we have used Kaiser Roofing. They are always on time, they cover your scrubs and yard with tarps, they clean up every day before they leave, they are fast and do very good work. The workers are very nice and helpful. Out of 5 estimates, Chris came in the lowest and his previous reviews spoke to the quality of his work. His crew started and were done in a matter of a few days, he was very professional, explaining to me, a new homeowner, how the process would work from permitting to the wind mitigation my insurance company would need when completed.
