Solicited quotes from several roofing companies in our area. We were replacing the roof on our 8500 sq.ft clubhouse. Asked each contractor to quote a shingle, a metal and a colored metal roof for comparison. Two only quoted shingle, one only quoted the type of metal that I said we did not want and one only quoted basic metal. D.C.ROOFING sent Leigh out to do the quote. He listened to what I wanted, took notes, measured the same day and had all the requested quotes to me the next day. He not only quoted exactly what I asked for but he also included options I had not considered. His quotes included the manufacturers warranty information and wind resistance ratings for each type of roof requested. This thoroughness made the decision very easy and gave me all the information I needed to present the project to our residents. We signed the contract and they were ready to start within a week. I had to ask that they wait until after the holiday. They were very efficient, showed up every day and completed the job in two weeks. They cleaned up the site every day before leaving and two weeks after completion there is no sign that they were even there. They are a very very professional company who take pride in their work.
