Hippo Roof

Purchased a roof from hippo roofing with the sales person by the name of Paul Fadale, and Ive never been so happy with the process and the quickness and the professional manner in which he carried himself and also the professionalism of the cleanliness after the project was done and the communication was awesome!

Very pleased with the process. Paul, Jose and the crew were great and were very pro. Any issue I had they addressed without question including replacement of some caps that were dented during completion.

Our house and shop roofs needed replacement after the really bad hail storm last spring, and we decided to go from shingles to metal with Hippo. Due to our insurance company dropping the ball several times, it was quite a drawn out process (almost 9 months from beginning to end, and they had agreed from the start that a re-roof was necessary and covered, so it wasn't like we had to fight them for it) to finally get things going at the beginning of this year. Hippo was very helpful with dealing with the insurance along the way, giving a nudge to the adjusters when they seemed to forget about us, and carefully outlining all of the things the insurance company was liable for that they either omitted or under-estimated on their proposals. Once we finally got things squared away with the claim, Hippo was pretty quick with the rest. Three days in and out for two tear-offs, dry-ins, and re-roofs, and the amount they quoted was the amount we paid. Everyone we dealt with from sales to their office admins to the crews that did the work were very professional, and we're very happy with our new roofs.

Juan did a great job walking us through the process. Their workers were very professional and respected our property. We got estimates from 6 roofing companies and their price still was lower. They even went above and beyond with extras that we didn't have to pay for. Even with bad weather they completed the job in 2 days and you could not tell they had been here except for our beautiful new roof. They even warranty their own work so you don't have to call the manufacturer. We could not be any more pleased. I highly recommend giving them a call for your roofing needs. I will be spreading the word. We love y'all Hippo Roofing. You were awesome!!!
