They try to force me to use a very expensive company to look for a problem in my spa tub that did not exist. I never find this damage they say I had. Provide evidence of issue please. They do not give a readout for visits for chemical balance so I did not know what was added or the very important ph level which is needed to healthy spa water. People in the office cut me off many times and did not want to talk to me. Also they did not show up to clean while I was on vacation. Very bad service.

They hire inexperienced workers. They messed up my pool. I called and complained and they didn't show up even after a week past. Now my pool is green. 1 star.

Unreliable. Never provided a chemical readout like they promised. Cleanliness was inconsistent. People at the office don’t listen and are rude! Even my small daughter noticed how dirty the pool often was just after their “service”. They make a lot of claims that simply aren’t true. Not good.

So these guys took over care for our apartment pool at The Artisan Viera. I've included photos of what the pool looked like this weekend May8th and even though their technician came out Monday he left it looking just the way it looked all weekend. Not sure what he did. Maybe he checked the water and added chemical. He sure didn't clean it I believe they took care of the pool here last summer also. Same issues.
