We couldn't be any happier with the service provided by Aqua Care Pools. Our previous pool company wasn't meeting our expectations and Lisa and Leigh came highly recommended by our Pool Contractor. Always reliable, prompt and thorough I would highly recommend them.

Best pool company ever. My parents have been using them now for a few years. And when I got my pool installed, they suggested I contact them. They are the most honest, hard working and upfront company I’ve ever worked with. They even call to check up me since I’m a new pool owner!

Absolutely worst company!!!! Nothing like being contracted with a company to maintain our SALT water pool and have the filter cleaned once a month, to have them taken over by Advanced Aquacare Pools who increased our bill, stopped cleaning the filter and instead of adding SALT to our SALT pool, they have ONLY been shocking it with chlorine. Not only this, we found our months later from when they supposedly told us that our salt generator wasnt working mind you, neither my husband nor I remember this nor was there anything in writing nor a follow up to see if we were going to get it fixed. When we did find this out, it turns out that the reason they haven't been adding salt is because it costs them too much. Unbelievable. When we confronted them they also said that when they shock the pool with chlorine that it stays in there for at least three days. So out of a seven day week my two YOUNG kids were swimming in a pool for three days when we shouldn't have been because the chlorine was not at the therapeutic amount. Beware of this company.
