The house we bought from this company is junk. Dry wall joints are falling in, cracking. Stucco falling off in places. We have had problems with everything. Very cheaply built. Whatever it takes to put a extra dollar in the builders pockets. Also David has recently took over our hoa that we were not even suspose to have according to our realitor, he raised the dues and to maintain all his rental property's he has in the neighborhood. When we confronted him about this he told us to be quit and pay or he was going to call the law. Also telling us it was his money and no one will tell him what to do with his money. Scream and yelled at my wife in the model home with my 7 month old present. I could go on and on, on the way he has donr us wrong but we are currently selling our home after dealing with this experience. I will not live in a hoa ran by this A hole.
