My friend is getting a place there. All I recommend is please read your contracts carefully. They can upcharge you and do wrong fittings, read read read your contracts

I cannot speak with regards to the duplex units, but with the 4-plex unit you are essentially buying a condo with condo-like additional expenses. To include high monthly HOAs that will continue to increase and a mandatory membership to Addison Village club house which also increases yearly. Compared to what our neighbors have said, we were extremely fortunate with the build quality of our home as we did not have an overwhelming list of issues when we moved in. The three stars goes to the warranty department which was always professional and quick to respond/schedule an appointment, in our case, the quality of our house after closing (thank you Stephen and Zach!) and the beautiful area that is Viera. Being on the other side of closing, just make sure you have a firm understanding of all of the additional mandatory fees that come with your condo unit and anticipate annual increases. Especially as the base price of these condo-like homes continue to climb. Also, when it comes to your sales rep, do your absolute best to verify what they tell you with the HOA organizations.
