        The sales people are cheats and liars saying what they can to get you to sign on, despite what they tell you being a lie. This was the worst experience I had with a cell phone carrier ever and I am glad to finally be rid of them. SHOP HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK AND READ EVERY WORD OF EVERY CONTRACT AS THE SALES PEOPLE LIE.

        My phone was acting up saying no SIM. I take it into the store for a repair and they tell me that sense I have insurance that they are going to give me a new phone. Well after a few days i call them and they seem like they were unsure of the situation and they said they would call me back. The store never called back and theyve been closed now for over 2 weeks w my phone in the store with all my information, contacts, everything. Absolutely terrible
