    Lets start with the good.the size of the apartments are great and the location is close to everything. However, these apartments have been taken over by 3 different leasing companies since Ive lived here for the past 9 years. They dont care about loyal residents. They go up on rent yearly without making any upgrades to apartments or offering carpet cleanings. They claim to be a gated community but the gate has been broke for years and remains open. Anytime you ask them to make any upgrades or anything they tell you they cant. There isnt enough parking for residents and they often threaten that your car will be towed if its not parked in a designated parking space. If you choose to live here just know that whatever your apartment looks like when you move in it will remain that way until you move out.     I wish I could give zero stars! To say living here has been a nightmare is a gross understatement. I found mold in my apartment just after renewing my lease, I immediately notified management. They came and found there was high moisture in the apartment so they outsource a company to try and fix the issue. Commercial dehumidifier and air scrubber were placed in my apartment, I was told itll be here for 48 hours which fell on a Saturday which means it was here until Monday. No one told us that would be the case. Fast forward to February and I realize theres mold on my furniture again so I notified management once again just to be told its not possible. After going back and forth they finally agreed to have to the company come out again. They did find some moisture in the walls but said its in patches which means the machines worked for the most part and it wasnt a concern however the vents needed to be cleaned. It is now may 30 and theyve yet to have the vents cleaned. Every single time I attempt to speak with the maintenance supervise his response is always the same yeah Ill call them now. The air coming from the vents smell funky but no one cares. They have the most incompetent staff (that is putting it nicely). Our other major issue is Weve been having issues with our air condition not cooling for months and Ive put in numerous maintenance request that went unanswered. I took it upon myself to approach a member of the maintenance team who said the thermostat needed batteries. Of course that didnt work so I was left with an ac that was not consistently blowing cool air. That led to having to put in an emergency maintenance request after hours because it had completely stopped cooling and a staff member came out that night and did the best he could which was enough to get us through the night. The following day i called the office and threatened to write a review so they called in a third party because the ac unit was less than a year old so still under warranty. Turns out the a/c has extreme blockage, again the guy did the best he could but told the maintenance supervisor the issues has not been fully resolved so they need to follow up with further care to get the line completely clear. Its been over a month and its been dead silence from management. Here I am with 2 pending issues for months now and Im not just beyond frustrated with Pinebrook Pointe. If youve made it this far trust me when I say you do not want to live here! I will continue to write reviews detailing all my previous issues but for today this is it. I wish I could give zero stars!     I had to take back my 5 stars after moving out. Parking is awful. Maintenance tries to cheaply replace things and my entire deposit was taking for a small tear in the vinyl and the paint chipping around the drain of the tub from normal wear and tear. After talking to the manager they couldn't even give a reason to why my entire deposit was taken and she claimed she would reach back out to me......Of course no call or email was received. I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to this place. If you have money to throw down the drain move here but if you have common sense STAY AWAY!!!! I had to take back my 5 stars after moving out.
