Celebration Pointe

Absolutely love this community! I feel so safe and lucky to live in such a clean, friendly apartment building. Also, the lakes and ducks are an awesome bonus.

The manager Daniel has no regard for tenants. Its strictly about the money for her, I tried to see the apartment that was available for me to rent but they kept showing me sample apartments. By the time I was able to see the apartment about 4 days had already passed. I decided to cancel because I did not necessarily like passive aggressive approach of how they handle the document signing and other documents requests, they kept giving me very short notices to do stuff and threatened that price may change the next day. They sent me the lease at 5:45pm and request that I sign the lease, get FPL and renters insurance before the end of the day otherwise the price may change the next day. I also did not like their lease cancellation policy either, most places allow you to pay 2 months rent if you want to break the lease, this apart policy states that you have to pay for all the remaining months for up to the date your supposed to expire. After I told them I am canceling they immediately sent me an email that they wins refund my administrative fee before I havent canceled within the 23 hours of getting approved as per their policy. I told them that I wanted to see the apartment that I would be living in first before signing, she replied it was my fault that I applied for an apartment that I didnt get to see. She even lied saying I waited a week. I got approval notice 2/25/24 at 5:45 and I cancelled 4 days later.

It's quite unfortunate that Celebrate Pointe has deteriorated tremendously over the years, I think that's the reason the new sign no longer says LUXURY, APTS. I don't know what the qualifications are to get in now, but this place reminds of East New York Apartments in Brooklyn, the hallways are always filthy, the gate is always broken, the back gate is a passageway for anyone to go and come, the lights on the property, only about 4 of them work and last night I almost ran over some kids on scooters because it was so dark. I'm not very impressed with my "Lake View Apt" they might have eliminated the "LUXURY" but the rent is sure LUXURY High..
