After trying a few places that unsatifactory in Orlando, I finally found Maitland Harmony. The atmosphere is calming and all the instructors are great!

I visited this yoga studio for the first time yesterday. I was accompanied by my husband and my daughter who neither have ever done yoga before. I have some experience but its been a while. Their Hatha Yoga class was well instructed and paced perfectly for my noobie family and my out of shape self. Theyre going through some light renovations but the studio was clean and well organized. The locker room is tidy and the door is completely locked the entire time the class is going on so theres no worries of stuff being rifled through or stolen. Post Covid, theyre taking precautions by offering live zoom classes and the class-size itself seems appropriate for the space. All the staff was very warm and welcoming and we definitely will be back! My only feedback would be that it seems a little difficult to get a hold of them via phone but their website is very easy to use Thank you for the awesome experience

Absolutely love this spot!I have been here twice now and I plan on going back a bunch more! So far I have taken a Hatha class with Chuck and I went to the New Moon event with Lisa Starr. Both were outstanding! I not only feel more confident in my practice but I am learning so much every time. I leave feeling confident and at peace. I look forward to coming to the studio every week. Thank you Maitland Harmony for being a safe and warm learning space.

Great place to come if you want to find your inner peace. Instructors are well trained and experienced, even tho you are in a class setting teachers will assist you one on one if needed. New owner has made MANY new improvements to the studio, once you walk in and take a class you will want to come back...and you will be welcomed.
