Mr. Perkins took my case on a contingency basis. He, as well as his staff, are so professional and friendly! I was expecting a tough legal battle against an insurance company, but they are already yielding to Mr. Perkins! The legal process can be slow, so communications with the paralegals/attorneys is sporadic. If you need anything, however, you can reach out and ask any questions / schedule phone calls. If the law firm needs anything, they will reach out to you! I have a huge admiration for Mr. Perkins and the staff.

My wife and I hired Paul Perkins when our homeowners insurance company denied our initial claim for damages to our roof due to hail. Paul and his team were very responsive and kept us thoroughly informed during every step of the process. We went to mediation with our insurance company and Paul was able to get us all of our claim for damages in order to settle our case. My wife and I were thrilled with the final result and we would highly recommend hiring Paul Perkins if you're having difficulty with your insurance company over damage to your roof due to hail. I had a horrible experience here. Mr. Perkins was almost impossible to get a hold of and would never return my calls. I understand this was during an adjustment period for them (the attorney originally working on my case left). However, the way my case was handled was completely unprofessional and inappropriate. I completely regret going to Paul & Perkins for help after my terrible car accident.

You can't find many attorneys that are hands on, working with you, on your case these days. They usually have paralegals or other attorneys do most of the work. The only time I talked to Mr. Perkins assistant was to make appointments with THE Mr. Perkins. Mr. Perkins even went to my home to take a look at the damaged left by hurricane Irma that insurance would not pay. He did not rushed to have me sign and hire him. He gave me good advise and then the rest is history. Glad I did not hire a huge firm. Small firm but very much effective!!
