That attorney reviewed your intake questionnaire and, based on your responses and your unique situation, determined that prior to making a determination on your submission that some additional research into the latest rulings in the 11th Circuit was necessary. We apologize that the three days it took the attorney to perform that research ahead of the weekend was too long, and we will work harder to improve our turn around times when individual questionnaires require research prior to determination.
