Management is so nice and accommodating, the maids are awesome. The bartenders at the tiki bar are fun, the drinks are delicious pool is warm and hot tub is hot... Right across from the beach. Loved it..

I am extremely satisfied with the staff at TRS. From the moment I sent a sent a request about the unit before I booked it, until the day I returned the keys, the staff at TRS was extremely helpful and their communication was top notch.
A couple of weeks before I was to check into a unit that they manage, they discovered an issue with the condo. They emailed me with several options of other properties they manage that I could transfer my reservation to, or they offered me a discount if I decided to stay in the original unit for the slight inconvenience of not having access to a certain amenity. I chose to stay since I liked the location of the condo, and they promptly issued me a partial refund to my credit card as promised.
Their office is conviently located, and the check in and out process was quick.
I will, without a doubt, check out TRS again for a condo to rent the next time we're vacationing in the Madeira Beach area.

Note: I will update or remove this review if the issues and my investment are resolved by the end of my stay.
So far our stay at 13048 Gulf Blvd has been terrible. We haven't had cool AC the entire stay. Our unit stays between 82 and 85 degrees almost all day... that is with windows closed, blinds shut and the thermostat set no lower than 72. Early in our week-long stay we called and reported our issue. The person who answered the phone immediately blamed us for 'freezing the unit." As a tradesman and prior Florida resident, I know what happens if you attempt to force an AC unit to cool. We didn't lower the thermostat below the recommended 72. The AC unit never froze. Vents just blew warm air. When someone was sent they were extremely unfriendly and told us it would "hold for a day or so" and nobody returned to resolve the real issue. As of today with our stay almost over we have not had a cool home to stay in. We called again today and were told someone would be out tomorrow but... they also said, without empathy ... "your trip is almost over...."
What!!!????
The refrigerator was nasty. The ice maker is held together with electrical tape and takes most of the day to make any ice.
My wife owns a cleaning businesses. We understand this is a beach property and is hard to keep clean but... a few minutes in the home and my crawling 10 month old child was covered in black dirt from the floors. My wife left and returned with a swifter and spent an hour scrubbing the floors and almost a whole container of wipes to get it somewhat clean. And that was the first clean. She cleaned them three times after that.
The toilet barely flushes.
The hot water was unreliable.
Multiple electrical outlets don't work, some show signs of burning and... as an electrician myself... I will say, it is pretty questionable.
So, with all of this being said....let's see what TRS does about this. I use Google to leave positive and insightful reviews. This is a first. Hopefully the right thing is done and my first vacation in many years ends well.
