Been coming to this cute place for 5 years and it's gone downhill since property management took over. This year was the worst ac during the day would not go below 77. The refrigerator took 2 days to get to 33 and garbage under tv cabinet in bedroom, obviously cleaning crew or management don't care. We won't be back

Super cute cottages. Although they don't look like it from the outside, they are quite spacious.. Up a block and across Gulf Blvd to public access.
One item prevented me from giving Five Stars and that was all the 'extras' that I had to pay for. Cleaning fee, Airbnb fee, etc. An advertised $144 a night place ended up being almost $400 night after all the fees. I could have stayed at the TradeWinds in a suite for that price. My suggestion, don't let greed ruin your business, because it is indeed nice, just not $400 a night in off season nice.
