Lake Regional Urgent Care

Very Friendly staff. Wait time not long. If you want an urgent care that wears masks, you will have to go elsewhere. With the flu and new covid variant being very contagious, the Doctor and front desk did not wear them. The nurses had them on. Then I remembered that FL is a free state, Does that mean they pay for funerals resulting from covid?

Still waiting on results from lab work done OVER A WEEK AGO! Keep calling back and nothing gets done. If you have a choice to go somewhere else...do it. Will not recommend to anyone

I called today to get the results of my $100 covid 19 test and Stephanie told me she was to busy to look through the "huge stack" to find my results. Stay away from this place.

Takes forever to see the doctor. I was there 3 hrs, and the 2and person once they opened ..At 8:30 am... and had to wait to be seen until near 11 am Asked additional for help, while I waited In pain. They need better assistance in a quicker matter.
