I brought my young son in for an ear infection on a Sat, which took several hours. Ms. Shelby the nurse practitioner was very nice and we are happy with her service...my issue is we went on a trip and I forgot his Amoxicillin in the other town. When I realized my mistake, I called to ask if they could call in a prescription to the same pharmacy so I could finish my son's 10 day regimen. Nope, they told me I have to bring my son in for another visit to get more medicine. This is Amoxicillin, not some narcotic? All this place cares about is $$$, not helping a mother out. I will NEVER go here again. UPDATE: The customer service team reached out the following day and was able to call in a replacement bottle of medicine for our family. I'm not sure what the issue was when I called the facility, but they've made it right. Thank you Orlando Health and thank you Google Reviews!

I would recommend them for a clinic when you can't get a appointment with your family care doctor. Never any problems the staff is very helpful and friendly and are very caring highly rated.

I had to visit this location at the beginning of the week and was completely blown away with my experience here. From the very beginning staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Service was timely. And I felt heard and supported. Wonderful experience!

Came here seeking for medical assistant since is a walking clinic the state that they do take my insurance but they can only see me if one of the doctors is my primary doctor, IS A WALKING CLINIC meaning any body can walk in shame on you people
