Regarding Jerry M.
This gentleman called me about his problem. While he explained the situation, I checked the bank records and there was no charge. i asked him if he called the credit card company and he said no. I tried a dozen times to explain to him he needed to call the the credit card company because there was nothing I could do to help him. I finally realized this was either a scam or somebody with issues and I had to get back to work. I spent more time trying to get him to understand what he needed to do then anybody else I know.

Called to discuss a charge from this company of $985 that I did not make. William Sundblom was as rude as anyone could be on the telephone, did not care at all that his company or someone claiming to be his company had made this charge to my credit card. I would choose another company if I were you, thanks.
