        My husband and I visited Rich and his teammates, Allessandra and Steve yesterday. We are in the process of settling an estate of a family member who had homeowners and auto policies with Allstate in New York. We were treated very unpleasantly by one agent in New York and Rich and team were so nice and helpful. Even though they could not actually process anything, they were able to look into the accounts and make suggestions on how to proceed. I highly recommend the Rich Owen Allstate Insurance Agency.
