Farmers Insurance - Nicole Adams

Been a customer for a few years, management changes and then customer service tanked. For over a year Ive been trying to get anyone to call me back, not for issues but simply for updates and changes and no return calls ever. When cancelling, the agent on text asked why and I told her in the past two years, this is the most customer service Id received.

If you are a new Florida resident and looking for coverage this isnt the place. They dont walk through coverage with you and dont return phone calls.

Me and my wife had had Farmers for over 30 years combined in 2 states. Had a recent claim. Farmers had to pay. Received a notice of cancelation. Had called to ask why. There staff is not that knowledgeable in anything. They always put you on hold to ask other staff for info. They also laughed at me and was told to get another Insurance company I also canceled my auto Insurance to. Found out I I was being over charged for auto insurance. Switched to Sate Farm and saved 2100. A year. I would advise call around first. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. We farmers says they have seen a few things. They mean they payed a few things with a 11.6 billion revenue there not making money on me.
