Well we went to talk to Amir about getting a rent to own and mentioned that my boyfriends aunt would be looking over everything brings she’s a realtor and we got a middle finger to the face and called a POS! We were very interested in the house but now we know it wasn’t for us

Clearly these are slum lords. I called to ask them a couple questions and they gave me a short answer and then hung up on me in the middle of a sentence. They obviously just lost a potential buyer.
They are extremely rude and barely speak English. Go figure.

I dealt with Amir before over a year ago. He keeps closing and reopening under a different business name.. Extremely rude. I inquired about a property for myself in Winterhaven, just asking the standard questions. He got annoyed with the questions and told me to get a real estate agent. I am a licensed agent. He didn't know because he wouldn't talk for more than 60 seconds. The property I viewed was extremely run down and unlivable with code violations. It was listed as lease or buy. It's very concerning if it was leased. Especially since the office lady said it was as-is. It was missing a roof in places. Google Amir Homes or anything related to real estate with his name before working with the guy. You'll see the reviews

Called to inquire about more specifics about what is required to buy a home from him and was told to read and follow the text message and got hung up on. The questions I was asking weren't answered in the text.

Horrible rude person, amir was so rude over the phone and in person, it's amazing he even has a business in the first place. He tells you he don't have time for questions, just read his website and leave him alone because he's very busy. So rude
