Tamara is the BEST choice for all of your real estate needs! . Tamara with Lakeland Hometown Properties has been our real estate agent for six years. She has helped us sell three homes and purchase two homes. Each time, our experience has been phenomenal. Tamara literally takes care of everything and I often joke that she is the ultimate real estate concierge service in Lakeland! During our most recent sale in 2023, the market had changed drastically due to the rising interest rates. We were discouraged during the process and really considered accepting an offer more than $20,000 off of our asking price. Tamara thoroughly explained the situation to us and encouraged us to listen to her advice. In the end, we followed her lead and very shortly after we accepted an offer at asking price. She helped us earn $20,000 more than we planned to make! I recommend Tamara to all of our friends and family, and all of those referrals have had nothing but positive feedback as well.

It was so nice to find a realtor that we could trust and that made us feel comfortable during the biggest purchase of our lives.
