It is hard to find loyalty and trust among the numerous options and choices a customer has- especially when pertaining to your automobile insurance company. Mr. Todd knows the number of years we have been together and look forward to seeing his office every 6 months as my family cycles into it's renewed policy. Keith's office has been there for us and look forward to more years without considering other insurance providers. I'm a customer who questions why my rate increased when my family and I have had no incidents from cycle to cycle. Mr. Todd reassures me of the choice I have made when other companies are pitching their own competitive rates and I am glad to have remained with him and Allstate. Keith Todd and his team are terrific and their loyalty to me has not wavered. - Neither will mine.
