First time customer here. My experience began when I needed to change my car battery due to it failing me. I was able to quickly make an appointment for the next day without any hassle. Upon arriving I was greeted by Wendy at the service desk and we quickly discussed what needed to be done. After leaving my vehicle for a few hours and getting serviced I was able to receive it that same day but was faced with another issue which was CHECK Engine light came on. I called Wendy back and she instructed me to come back and they would look into it and provided me with a complimentary vehicle. Took approx 3-4 days to figure out the problem but it was finally resolved . Wendy was really apologetic and provided great customer service because she understood that my Buick had no prior issues with check engine light coming on and she quickly escalated my whole experience to her manager and they both agreed to wave any extra charges. I believe that the customer satisfaction that I have with the dealership outweighs the few trips I had to make to the dealership to find out that the problem wasn't solve. I thank them for their great service and providing me with details of what was happening. I will definitely come back and bring my vehicle here everytime!
