Service personnel was courteous and professional. Waiting area was cleaned with customer appointed items such as freshly brewed coffee, WiFi connection and snacks.
I was in and out within an hour!

This is how they delivered my brand new, 2023 GMC 3500. When I spoke to the manager about it, he just said it was "unacceptable" but made no effort to have the truck detailed. They were supposed to send me the spare set of keys over 4 weeks ago. The salesperson stated that they couldn't find them and would have new keys made. The salesperson hasn't responded to any of my calls or texts, and the finance manager hasn't responded to my emails.
I hate to be the person to write a bad review but I wish I knew this is how they treated their customers before I decided to purchase from them.

I've never been to this location as I live in Alabama but I had a wonder customer service experience w/ Steven and wanted to let him know how much I appreciated that. I called in distress needing a part for my car that has been out of commission for approximately 2 months due to the part being discontinued by GMC. Although, he wasn't able to get the part, he pointed me in the right direction and he was considerate. That's what struck me the most, as I had reached out to GMC in Birmingham and didn't receive that consideration. He was apologetic for a situation that he didn't create and showed that he truly cares for his customer. Dale Earnhardt Jr. Buick GMC- you guys have a winner on your hands with Steven. A big thank you to him for the EXCELLENT customer service.
