        I've been dealing with Bent's since I was a small child and have always had a great experience. I recently purchased a bike at a different shop out of town, I encountered an issue in shifting gears. I took my bike to Bent's hoping they could help me out. Wow Steve was awesome, as well as the the other folks working that day. Thanks to Steve and the crew fir getting me back on the bike.

        Dropped my bike off Monday. Was told it would be a couple of days. Called Wednesday, got some story about how they've been slammed, but I can call Thursday afternoon. Stop by Friday and it hasn't even been started. No credibility. Do not recommend.
