Due to the current shortage of mountain bikes locally, I began searching the web. I found what I was looking for on Livs website. Ordered the Embolden 2 for my wife and had it shipped to Road &Trail to be built. Let me say that this shop is fantastic. Extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Communication and customer service is 5 stars all the way! In todays day snd age its challenging to find a bike shop that hits all the marks. These folks nailed it! To everyone at the shop, thank you!

The best shop for repairs! When i need my mountain bikes worked on mechanically, I happily make the 25 minute one-way drive across lakeland to Road & Trail. I have never been disappointed with the communication or ability to deliver as promised.

My husband researched Ebikes for months. After that we went with Road and Trail and could not be more happy. They really helped us through the whole process. The Brown's are the best and really awesome. It has been a year since we bought and wanted to wait to see how the service would be. It has been wonderful. They have taken care of every issue we had quickly. Would highly recommend.
