Excellent and friendly service!! My car broke down and I just happened to roll into their parking lot. They were friendly and hospitable, and since I am in the market for impact windows, I handed them a quote I got from home Depot for my whole house to be fitted with impact windows. They beat the price by almost $20,000!!!!!! Amazing, and I'm currently saving and will be using these guys 100%! Thanks again guys! Highly recommend.

I called for an estimate 1 month ago. I called back 3 times to inquire on the estimate and each time I had to repeat my entire request. I ended up cancelling the job very nicely and the receptionist hung up on me. Horrible customer service.

Always have what you need. Whenever! Even the day before a hurricanie ! Get your impact windows there! Great service. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!

Busy shop with tons of work due to their good pricing on PGT impact Windows and doors. Small number of employees so typically can't install your Windows immediately but worth the wait if you've dealt with other vendors or received price quotes.
