Contracted with Bennett Aluminum Products on June 18, 2020 to reseal a small metal roof on a screened patio enclosure and paid $500 to do the job. Richard Bennett caulked the seams and they leaked more than prior to the work. He came out a second time and claimed he re-caulked with a different product, but the roof continued to leak. I trusted their ability to fix the leak since they originally constructed the screened enclosure, but I was wrong. Additionally, they warranted their work in writing for three years, but failed to honor the warranty and I was forced to hire another contractor to remove the caulk and fix the roof properly. Since Bennett Aluminum Products was not able to handle this simple task, I would not trust them with anything else.
