They have had my boat for almost one year for a repair that was quoted for a max of 2 weeks. My boat was delivered to Hank, the owner, on 7/10/16 to repair a overheating and trim issue. He originally promised 2 weeks but said he thought it could be completed in less time. He still has my boat and has stopped returning calls, voicemails and text messages. Today is 5/24/2017. Every time I show up there he is not there or my boat is buried behind others and the motor is still out of it. He had vagrants living in several of the boats on his lot and they caused further damage to my boat. The top has been left off of my boat for almost a year, and is now torn, so who knows how bad the damage is. He has not even responded when i had an attorney contact him. He has promised to have it completed "by the weekend" over ten times. I have filed a complaint with the Palm Beach County Consumer Affairs division, the BBB, and contacted WPTV consumer watchdog with no resolution. He has had my boat for over 10 months, allowed additional damage to occur while it was in his possession and now will not even respond. Apparently zero stars is not an option on this site. Stay far away!

RIPOFF RIPOFF ,LIAR!!!! They CLOSED THERE SHOP ON JULY 2ND 2017 AND REMOVED ALL PROPERTY!! AND CUSTOMERS ENGINES BOATS AND TRAILERS SO I HAVE HEARD........bUYER BEWARE OF "HANK the BANK'" AS HE CALLS HIMSELF!!!

scam artist ... charge me for new parts that he never change.

Bought parts from this guy and never received them... Guy is a complete scam artist. Excuse after excuse. Palm Beach County Sheriff even says the guy is a P.O.S. BUYER BEWARE!!
