        They think that we are all people with a low educational level and they do not do their jobs correctly. They told me that they were going to pressure clean the pipe and when I went to look for him where I thought he was, he told me that he had done it from the grease trap to the restaurant. Someone who can help them and explain to me why it went in the opposite direction.

        Horrible service. Had a new pump installed on Friday. Was told everything was perfect and then Saturday night the pump stops working and septic is back up into a tenants home. Called their emergency line 3 times and left messages with the call center asking for a call back. Finally the call center talks with Abe and he wont take the call to speak with me directly and just told the call center to tell me no one is going to come out until tomorrow so I should call back then. This company doesnt stand by their work and they are obviously not 24/7 service. Very disappointing. I guess we will see if someone does come out to fix the problem tomorrow.

        Absolutely terrible! Was promised 8am- 12pm visit for JUST AN ESTIMATE , then it got pushed back 12pm-5pm as the techs were all busy. Asked if the tech would be coming to our home next and we were promise twice he was.. Waited around all day and at the end called again to have them say he went to other homes and nobody is still available. Then tried to say they would come tomorrow ON THANKSGIVING but it would then go from a free estimate to a $100+ fee for them working on a holiday All signs showing not to go with this company. This is the 3rd one that has wasted our time. Wish I could give negative stars
