Your service and reputation may be great, but when your guy come into a crowded restaurant with out a mask breaking city ordinance it reflects on your corporate culture and the lack of concern for the community that supports you business. It is a shame that an employee can do something to negatively effect your reputation. To be clear, 3 employees wearing Stokes shirts walked in and 1 was not wearing a mask and looking smugly around. Was he the forman setting the tone for his 2 workers or was he a worker who's Forman didn't correct. Either way, it looked and was bad for those of us who are trying to do the right thing and keep our economy open.

Andrew was awesome! He was prompt and knowledgeable. Our tankless water heater had been down for 3 weeks and we had been through a few different companies to get it working again. Andrew was the magic that gave us hot water! Life long customers now! Thanks!!!

Andrew from General Plumbing installed a utility sink in our garage & changed out our kitchen faucets. He is a perfectionist and did an amazing job. We are so impressed with his work ethics and are so happy with the results. Can't say enough about Andrew and how much we appreciate the work he did for us. We highly recommend Andrew and we will be putting in a request for him on our next project.
