I had a new toilet installed not that long ago, however I didn't know about Papa's Plumbing Inc. @ that time. One morning about 2 weeks ago I woke up and realized that my toilet acted like it wanted to and was going to flush. Of course it didn't flush. I called 1 or 2 friends that weren't familiar with any plumbers in the area. I had to look on Google and read the customer reviews from there. I reached out to this company and they were able to send a tech to my house within a few hours. The tech was able to clear the clog using an auger. A few days later, the same exact issue happened. I called their office back, they said a technician would be out to look at the toilet again. They found the same problem as the first time they were here. No obvious signs of a clogged toilet. I live alone so it's not like I can blame others that live here or their small children. The auger cleard the mysterious clog and I wasn't even charged for a service call. With the high prices of everything these days, I was shocked when the 2 men that showed up told me to have a nice day and proeeded to leave

We needed to replace our toilet.  On the recommendation of a friend we called Papa's plumbing.  Got a call back within a few minutes.  Was given the cost of installation, removal and cost of a new shut off valve, if needed.   Price was reasonable and the plumber came within the stated time frame.   Charges were exactly as given in the estimate.   We will definitely use them again.
