After a so-called acquaintance, tried to triple charge us for an AC repair years ago, we found Colt, Stephen and Nick at Seaside. They are responsive, fair, trustworthy, and do everything possible to help their clients. I am so glad we found them three years ago, and we continue to use them - as recently as today! In a particularly shady industry, they stand apart as honest and caring. They have promptly fixed every issue we have had and are highly knowledgeable. I recommend them to all. Unfortunately, had an unpleasant billing miscommunication with the company. I was indeed happy with the quick response to schedule me for the small job I needed of an installation of exhaust fan. Needed a mechanical permit as County was requesting it for my cabana bath. All communication was through text but somehow the wording was changed to their advantage. Luckily, I used them for such a small task and dealt with their out of nowhere charges so most definitely won't use them for any big jobs. Service: Ductless heating & A/C services
