This company is an absolute joke. Megan Helner is by far the most irresponsible, unprofessional person Ive ever dealt with and Ive dealt with many people over the years, so thats saying a lot about her character. I hope anyone reading this pays attention and does whatever they can to avoid doing work for this establishment because it has SCAM written all over it. I made the mistake of doing work for them without reading reviews. Learned my lesson the hard way. Im a solo contractor with minimal resources, so punctuality and payment on time is critical in keeping my business afloat. This company is neither punctual in responding(Mrs Megan Helner in particular) and dont expect to be paid in a timely manner(or expect payment at all) for doing a job for them. In conclusion, I DO NOT recommend doing any work for these people AT ALL!

Don't pay their vendors and have Horrible service reps. Will never work for them again, and would never recommend them managing a job in my store. Megan Hellner in particular is unprofessional but accounting also fails to do the right thing and pay the people who actually did the work for them, after being told the amount is approved. If you are a corporate customer looking for a Maintenance company call someone who actually has the knowledge and care to handle retail locations, NMS runs their work orders terribly.
