Horrible experience, manager had 3 people on the line making food, he was taking orders, helping make the food and taking payment. This was the most unorganized staff I have seen. After waiting 15 minutes I received a cold sandwich and the coffee stations were empty of creamers
To have 3 people + a manager working on 2 orders is a clear cry for management training. In addition to the two orders the manager failed to charge for due to his lack of coordination. Einstein bagels is losing a great deal of money from this location.

The place was good but the people inside were a little standoffish. The bagels are always fresh and the variety is great. I just wish I felt more appreciated when I walked in there. It just seems like the people that work there are only there for a job.
