Im getting tired of paying an up charge for a bagel and I cant even choose the bagel I want. Now I have a $7 breakfast sandwich I dont even care to eat. This place consistently misses the mark and I dont think Ill be back. Id rather drive off campus and get what I order than pay for disappointment and burnt coffee. Why is the egg green?!?

I always have terrible experiences ordering food here! they never have my food ready. I made an order on grubhub, hoping itll be quicker but I stood there for 50 minutes and it was never made. When I asked the male worker about it and I showed him my receipt to prove that I paid for my sandwich, the guy refused to make it for me and was completely rude. I literally left the restaurant with no food and wasted my money. Will be disputing.

Ruined my order. Used a wheat bagel on my novalox bagel instead of a plain bagel. disgusting and wasted my money!
