The gentleman working up front (curly hair, tattoos, tall) was extremely patient and kind to me throughout my ordering process. Ive never ordered inside of a dunkin and didnt realize I had so many options and he gave me great recommendations and was very kind.

After a twenty minute wait, I never received neither my sandwich nor a refund. Had I not been charged for that one breakfast sandwich, this review would never have occurred. I initially asked for a fried chicken breakfast sandwich, but after being told that they were unavailable, opted for the sausage egg and cheese bagel, which is a great sandwich elsewhere within a few minutes. Being the only customer there, after ten minutes I asked for the status of my sandwich. The man at the counter laughed and told me that the smoke was a result of the bacon being burned. Sausage was the order, not bacon. I've done my share of partying and know when there should be some Phish or 311 playing, all good. Another ten minutes later, I told the man at the counter to cancel my order and refund it. He offered to cook it right then, but I told him that I had places to be, which was factually correct. As I walked out, he said "I don't care." We know, man. We know you don't care.
