1-STAR is being kind... I went to the drive thru with a mobile order and not only they had to make my chi latte (3) times and this last time it was still wrong. Abs had to ask a additional (2) more time for the rest of my order. I felt like the staff was just guessing on how to make my (3) drink orders and still didn’t have an idea. If I don’t have a place to be, I would have parked an came inside to have my (3) drink orders made again. Very much dissatisfaction with this Dunkin, never had a problem before like today!!! I do think the staff needs to be retrained on how to make drinks...

Go through the drive thru, order two everything bagels, one with regular cream cheese and another with veggie cream cheese. I get home and they are two multi grain bagels. I got back to the store, tell them it was wrong, no apologies from anyone, they take the bag and remake the bagels. My order was STILL WRONG. They were not busy at the time, so I’m not sure how we made a mistake twice on the same order.

By far the best dunkin in town.. they always get my order right and the workers are always so polite! ❤️ The inside is super clean I go out of my way to go here.

I asked if caramel macchiato was part of the $2 special or I'd get the caramel latte guy said it is so I get charged $3.49 for medium and I got a small in medium cup super upset. I get this all the time I know what it's supposed to be like
