Numerous swimming pool companies sell and install pool heaters. However, with the complexity of the AquaCal 225 Pool Heater, it seemed more appropriate to call on Rome Aire with its experience in HVAC systems, for sales and installation of this unit. As a long time Rome Aire client, I had good experiences with previous AC installations and service. From procurement to delivery to installation it was a pleasure interfacing with the staff, including discussing options and special requirements with Brian, and final installation as performed by John who meticulously routed all the piping and wiring. The unit required additional expertise with the installation of the PoolSync WiFi remote and the Call-Flex pump timer override which allowed the unit to provide additional heating capability during the night after the pump timer was off. John skillfully installed and activated these features and subsequently explained settings and operation. All-in-all an excellent end user experience. Service: Installation
