These folks are always pleasant, and have great communication. I've never had a disconnect between the office and the technicians. They tell you a window of time when they will be there, and then confirm within a half hour of arrival. They tell you what you need, and leave it to you to decide without trying to push a sale. After trying another company, for a one time emergency, the difference in service was so drastic that I immediately came back to Smyth.
