I saw where this company had good reviews so I called them last week to come out to see why my a/c wasn't keeping my house cool. The lady that answered the phone was very snappy with answering my questions. My main concern was when they could come out to my house to fix the a/c. Her response was that she didn't know! She said she would put me on the list. Not very professional. Also had a tone in her voice. I don't need that. edit: Thank you for responding to my review. I think you misunderstood the main point of my review. Your service call fee is very reasonable in my opinion. I was trying to bring attention to the attitude the lady had that answers the phone. No problem at all with the charges to come out.

My mother is in her 80,s these folks have been so good to her .if she has a problem there out there within the hour and I appreciate it more than they'll ever know.

By far the best HVAC company in Lake Wales. I had a compressor fan go out and they arrived within 4 hours and had me back up and running. I will use them again!
