I was having my main bathroom renovated and when my contractor removed the large jacuzzi tub he couldnt go any further because the the company that installed the HCAC system (when the home was built )ran the pipes and wiring thru where the tub had been. Luckily I had replaced the HVAC system a few years ago. But anyway I called Ridge Energy and spoke with David. He came out the next day and took a look at what we thought was the problem. I was looking to spend money that was not budgeted into the Reno but oh well! Anyway when David looked at what we thought was a problem and he told me that everything was ok and the contractor could go ahead and cut the pipes and remove them because when they (Ridge Energy) replaced the system they ran the new pipes and lines somewhere else! OMG! What a relief and such honesty! He could have told me anything and charged whatever and how would I know?? This company is on of the few companies that are honest and trustworthy!! Thank you soooo much David Beumel for your honesty and integrity.

Had a new AC whole unit put in today by Ridge Energy. Everything went as planned. The 3 young men (Daniel, John & Martwan) did a great job. Kept me informed throughout the whole process. Only positive things to say. Thanks gentlemen and thanks Ridge Energy! By the way, Air feels really good onight.

Cool as a cucumber thanks to Ridge Energy Savers! Excellent service, awesome staff, great experience!!! We had another company out to look at our unit that is less than 4 years old that was running constantly but not cooling more than 3-5 degrees from the outside temp. He said nothing was wrong, that my expectations were too high for an a/c unit in Florida. They recommended replacing with a larger unit or "not to expect it to cool lower than 75 degrees, ever" even at night! I chocked it up to being new to Florida and we started saving for what he said would be $10k to upgrade to a new unit. Fast forward 4 months, I wanted a second opinion before I dropped a load of cash. Angel with Ridge Energy Savers came out and did a thorough inspection and noticed that coolant was leaking from the coils. Due to the age of our unit, the office handled checking on and then ordering the part (that was covered under our warranty) through the manufacturer. When Levi came out to replace the part and recharge our unit, he again explained everything that he was going to do and what we could expect to pay for the labor and the variable costs of coolant. He was efficient and respectful of my time as I work from home, and low and behold, our unit CAN cool more than 5 degrees colder than the outside temp! AND it was around $900 for the whole fix. A lot less than the $10k the original person quoted me! Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone within their service area!!
