        Lived here for over 2 years, since it was originally the helix. However we recently just moved into our new house. During our 2 years there tho for the most part was amazing. Everything from the awesome friendly neighbors , to most of the office staff being nice, to the amazing amenities with the best apartment gym I have ever seen and without a doubt just the most beautiful and most maintained apartment community in town. The safety here is also top notch. I mean you have like a million police officer's who live there so that definitely was nice. Its also super dog friendly here, our golden retriever loved it there. I would have never left if we didnt get a house so I definitely recommend here over any other apartment nearby.

        I lived at IMT Lake Mary for two years, and it was a fantastic experience. The management office and maintenance staff were incredibly friendly and always quick to respond to any service requests or questions I had. They truly made me feel at home. Unfortunately, I had to leave the community due to work, but I would highly recommend this luxury community to anyone looking for a place to live. The staff here goes above and beyond to ensure residents are happy and comfortable. Thank you for everything!
