Canterbury Crossings

I was apparently billed for something after I had moved and had even even been checking the billing app they gave us for any updates just in case (rent payment dot com) and nothing ever changed. Until a mysterious bill was sent to collections with no explanation and was never mailed a bill nor was the bill on our website/billing app. My credit was fantastic but has now dropped significantly due to this and now I cannot get a house. RENTERS PLEASE BEWARE.

We were told there were two units available for rent for us to look at the next day. Went back and the girl we spoke to wasn't there. But we spoke to someone else and a older blond lady comes out of the back office and said all units were rented out. She was very rude. Wouldn't want to rent from them now, especially if they can't get story the same

Now they have 5 cars per apt???? The trash overflows every week, because they won't get bigger bins everyone has mold in their apts...called ghetto of lk mary

Customer service here is absolutely disgraceful! I called because I was concerned why I was not given notice that my water would be shut off for most of the day and when I got a call back on this issue the woman was offended and just pushed that fact that she did indeed put a note on every door. Im not sure how ours got missed but it is very frustrating to deal with staff that dont trust you and only want to save face with their boss. I was not in any way calling them a liar because plenty of issues could have happened that the notice came off the door(which she mentioned could have been an issue). Long story short I was a concerned resident and was treated as if they just wanted to tell me Im wrong. Will never sign the lease here again and I hope you dont either!
