        Sam Albright was so welcoming. He took his time to answer all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable about things to do in the area and the best restaurants to try. It was very clean and the staff amazing. The pool is gorgeous. Loved it.

        I have lived here 9 months. This place Rocks! Management has never let me down. They keep this place well maintained due to the fact the Maintenance Team really know their Profession. Fast, attentative with regard to requests. One can always walk in during Office hours and speak to someone. I would recommend this Property to everyone young and old alike. Thank You. So just an extra observance my Microwave went out and they came in the next day and replaced it. Thank you so much .Maintenance and Management are on top of repairs

        I have been a resident of Station House Lake Mary for over 6 years. Ive experienced the ups and downs of trying to keep this community vibrant. The staff has changed over the years and our current management team goes above and beyond expectations. Whatever is in their control to do they will do. Barbara, Judith, Steve and their maintenance engineer team are friendly, respectful and a joy to work and socialize with. Customer service and delight appears to be their goal. I say they are on target. I am happy to call Station House my home. Regenia Miller-Washington

        I rented an apartment here over 3 years ago. I was never notified of any outstanding balance. Today on my credit report, I noticed a collection account for $995.00. I just filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney Generals office.

        The place is beautiful. The apartment itself and amenities are beautiful and well maintained. Staff are friendly. I would super recommend if it was not the infestation of cockroaches that I have. I have called several times and still not resolved. I cannot invite people to come over because the times I did I had my guests chasing the cockroaches to stop them from coming into the food. I never expected to have this kind of a problem when I chose Station House. I am very disappointed.
