Eye Blink Mink and Brow Studio

Booked an appointment online and no one was there when I arrived for my appt. Multiple unanswered calls and a voice message and no one has gotten back to me days later. I’m not usually one to write reviews and I wish I had of checked them before I booked and wasted my time as apparently this is not the first time this has happened.

I scheduled my appointment online and received a confirmation email for my appointment at 1230. I arrived 5 minutes early. I knocked on the door at the bottom of the staircase and nothing its locked. So Im like oh i guess its upstairs, i go up stairs knock several times and no response, Call several times and no answer. This place is beyond unprofessional because that was 10/29 when i booked my appt and its now 11/2 and i still have yet to hear from the owner. I wrote an email to the owner as well and she doesn't even have the courtesy to reply. I would rate this place -20 stars.

Absolutely, the worst experience I've ever had! I bought a Groupon for a full lash set and fill from this establishment. I tried to book an appointment and the owner cancelled the first time due to a family emergency. I asked to reschedule for the next day and she agreed. I went to the appointment and she wasn't there. I scheduled another appointment through her website and received a confirmation for the appointment by email. I showed up for the appointment and she did not show up...again. Purchased a groupon deal for this business and scheduled 4 different appointments to receive my services. Each one was cancelled less than 2 hours before the appointment time. While I understand people have things come up in their lives, 4 last minute cancellations in less than 2 months without even an apology is pretty excessive.
